Below are the current offerings.  The offerings may change over time to reflect the needs of those sharing space and new journeys.

Reiki - Initial Experience

A gentle introduction to Reiki. You’ll be guided through a relaxing, nurturing experience that promotes balance, reduces tension, and encourages a sense of peace and well-being.

Whether you’re curious about the universal healing energy practice of Reiki or exploring how energy work can complement your self-care routine, this session provides a safe, welcoming space to feel, notice, and receive the benefits of energy healing.

Becoming familiar with what you will experience during a session will help you relax and become open for future receiving. 

Mixed Modality Healing Session

This fluid, interwoven session honors the natural flow of your energy, allowing the experience to unfold. Your needs in the moment guide the direction, meeting you exactly where you are and supporting whatever is ready to shift, heal, or come into awareness.

By attuning to your energy in this way, the session invites deeper listening — to your body, your mind, and the subtle cues that arise — creating space for insight, release, and restoration. A blend of modalities may be woven throughout, including sound healing, energy work, card guidance, shamanic-style journeying, and other intuitive practices. Each element is introduced with intention, to support balance, clarity, and integration on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.

Distance (remote) Sessions

Distance or remote healing sessions may be experienced live online or received quietly at a scheduled time without direct interaction.

Many find these sessions deeply calming, supportive, and surprisingly powerful.

Simple preparation guidance is provided, along with follow-up connection if desired.

Energy Session

Choose the energy modality that feels aligned with your being — Reiki (Traditional Usui, Kundalini, or Shamanic) or Integrated Energy Therapy (IET). Each works with the body’s natural energy systems to support balance, restoration, and overall well-being.

These sessions offer a gentle form of self-care, helping to calm the nervous system, encourage the body’s healing responses, and create space for deep relaxation. As energy flows more freely, many people experience greater emotional ease, clarity of mind, and a stronger connection to their inner guidance. It can also help you feel more grounded, centered, and aligned with your life path, offering a sense of peace, wholeness, and renewed perspective.

Sound Healing - Sound Bath

Experience an individual sound healing session to help the body soften, the mind settle, and the nervous system reset through vibration and tone. A variety of instruments may be used, including singing bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, tuning forks, and others, each chosen to support you.

Sound travels through the body as vibration, encouraging relaxation, energetic balance, and a sense of inner spaciousness. Many people experience a feeling of deep rest, emotional release, mental clarity, or a subtle return to center as the session unfolds.

You may choose to include on-body placement of bowls or tuning forks, allowing vibration to be felt more directly through the physical and energetic body. This can create a grounding, immersive experience that supports areas of tension, stagnation, or fatigue.

Connections - Spirit, Tarot and More

A time for insight, reflection, and connection. During the session, guidance may come through your higher self, your aura and energetic field, and, when appropriate, from spiritual support wishing to connect with you.

Readings are shared 1:1 to honor your privacy and create a safe, focused space so you can feel comfortable opening, receiving, and exploring what comes through.
